PLESK says mySQL gone away ... But it is working

While adding new domain we get;

ERROR: PleskMainDBException
MySQL query failed: MySQL server has gone away

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskMainDBException

MySQL Status is OK and Working

re-trying the same action works

anybody has a similar issue?
