Plesk Server Monitor and Manager iOS Apps

Hi,

I'm trying to get the new iOS Apps working and after checking both logs they are filled with the following entries.

Nov 30 11:57:33 (902f1) [WARNING] [User] ::ffff:80.229.20.215 General exception PleskServerException [1010]: 'Access for administrator from address '127.0.0.1' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied'.

Probably a simple fix can anyone confirm how to resolve before I break something trying to fix it?

*UPDATE Resolved the issue myself: Added '127.0.0.1' to IP access restriction management as a Denied from the networks that are not listed network.*

I download the plesk for iOS ver 1.2.1
When running the app and trying to access my server
I get the message that I need to update my app

Please help

Hello,

I suppose you use Plesk older then 11.0. Plesk Manager supports only Plesk 11.0 or later.
