Plesk & SmarterMail lite License issue

Hello,

When SmartarMail is installed on Plesk server, it Automatically converts SmarterMail to lite version.

But sometime facing strange issue that, smartermail license suddenly converts to demo/free license of 10 users and due to which smartermail is not allowing to login to user saying License issue,

Issue resolve when we restart Plesk and SmarterMail almost 3-4 times,

Please what could be the issue? why SmarterMail loosing connection with Plesk and converts license to demo/free.

Plesk 11.0.9
SmarterMail :- 9.2 lite

Looks like problem from SmarterMail side. Latest version is 9.4 - http://www.smartertools.com/smartermail/mail-server-download.aspx
Try to use it.
