Plesk Stay in "Please wait. Loading..." in Create,Delete or ...

Hello,

the issue is related to ASP.NET hotfix KB976576 as it breaks dnsmng.exe

Attached zip file contains MSprov.dll & have it replaced in below location

D:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\

If required you can backup the existing file & once you replace the file with the attached one, your problem is solved.

Microsoft DNS and Plesk has had DNS issues since the beginning of time.
At least it has for me.
I have had tickets for the last two years with issues lingering.
I switched to bind and hopefully that will fix the issue.

One major issue I had, is I tried to backup plesk with this issue and it disabled DNS for a lot of sites.
DNS tool crashed leaving a lot of sites disabled.
I had to go and enable my sites in the plesk database.

I had to change status from 2 to 0 and it solved my issue.
I also did it through myphpadmin and had to install the older version which is compatible with that verison of mysql.

I would advice switching to bind.

Big thanks to whoever posted the original link, it saved me a lot of time.

I take it back, bind is just as bad.

It works fine until I add an entry in DNS.
It kills DNS and then has to be restarted.

I have seen others with this same issue.

A fix coming anytime soon for bind?

This stopped my freezing issues, and I can save entries in Plesk (to the plesk DB), but it does not update MS DNS. I get an error when saving/adding entries.

dnsmng::update() failed: dnsmng failed: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Error code 14001) at LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\MsProv.dll)

Windows 2003 Updates

Hi,

After the windows 2003 updates.

I'm using Plesk Windows 9.5.

I'm not able to create / remove / suspend / unsuspend domain at all.

I think I'm having the same problems.

Bobby
