• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

Recently i installed Plesk on my new server and choosed "Trail" while setting up an account but when i am trying to add my all 10 domain it giving me an error that i can add upto 3 only?.

This is crazy, i have been a Plesk user for more than 5 years with multiple servers and never faced issues like this. Like normally, i setup account, get trial, setup rest, ones trial end, i will renew and add the license.

This is bad things.

I might need to do that in the near future due to unsupported OS, it will be helpful to know Plesk team's response time so I can schedule a timetable for the migration.

By my experience, depending on the day of week response time is typically anywhere within a few hours to 48 hours.
