i need help with that issue:
Downloading file PSA_17.8.11/examiners/php_launcher.sh: 100% was finished.
Checking whether the package dependencies are resolved.
E: Version '17.8.11-debian9.0.build1708180906.16' for 'psa-locale-base-en-us' was not found

strange looks like an recuring issue see: Resolved - Autoinstaller fails with 'psa-locale-base-en-us' dependency error
therefore if not already solved I suggest to contact Plesk support
