For a couple of days we receive the following error message if we try to update a server's Plesk license.
ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unknown key property: concerto
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0: common_func.php3:93
psaerror(string 'Unknown key property: concerto')
1: common_func.php3:4831
getKeyProp(string 'concerto')
2: key_update.php:16
Affected are only servers running on CentOS5 (64 Bit) with Plesk 10.3.1 (Ubuntu for example is not affected)
CentOS and Plesk are up to date, all MUs are installed and the servers are hosted by different providers (1&1, Strato), so that this should not be a licensing issue of a single provider.
Re-installing the base components of Plesk and restarting the servers didn't solve the problem. Plesk logs show no hints or errors. Unfortunately an update to Plesk 10.4.x or 11.x is currently not possible due to some requirements of our customers.
What else can we do? If this is some kind of bug within the Parallels licensing servers - when will it be fixed?
Thanks in advance for your help!
