Yeah, worked after yum upgrade atomic-release. Thanks.

I see 12 is out? How do I upgrade? Or am I allowed to do that with my current plan?

Yes, you can use Plesk 12 now. Upgrade as usual, through autoinstaller. More details in this thread - http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?294313
