Problem installing v12

Trying to install v12 using windows auto installer on Windows 2012 essentials VM on esxi 5.5.

As soon as I run installer in windows or dos box, the app closes with no error.

Any one have any ideas what is going? Is there a log that would show the error?

Can you install Plesk v 12 on Windows 2012 Essentials (not r2) ?
