Problem migration from Plesk Panel 9.3.0

Hi,
I need to migrate from Plesk Panel 9.3.0 (Windows) to Plesk Panel 11.0.9 (Windows), but when start new migration, i have this error: Connection to host is not available or migration agent is not running on the source host

From two server i don't have firewall.
On old server (9.3.0) i have started the migration agent (version 9.300.3643.12193).


Can you help me ?

You will need to have the migration agents of same versions on both servers.
