Problem with API insallation

Hi,

the plesk ver. 7.5.6 and i'm tring to install domain API that need to contact with SQL but i got this massage

ExcecuteSQL: An error has occurred while establishing connection to the server. when connecting to SQL server 2005, this failure maybe caused by the fact that under the default setting SQL server does not allow remote connections. (provide: Name Pipes Provider, error: 40 - could not open a connection to SQL SERVER)

Any advice to solve this problem
