• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

New Pleskian
Hi,
I can not send any email in Atmail. I check the error_log and get many lines as below:

Code:
[Mon Apr 29 01:49:28 2013] [error] [client 222.252.102.69] PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/etc/psa/webmail/atmail/.atmail.shadow) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/atmail/:/var/log/atmail/:/etc/psa-webmail/atmail/:/tmp/:/var/tmp/) in /var/www/atmail/libs/Atmail/Config.php on line 4, referer: http://webmail.removed/parse.php?file=html/LANG/simple/showmail_interface.html&ajax=1&func=Inbox&To=

Please help me.
thanks

Try to reconfigure Atmail with reinstallation. You can find details in

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --help

Thank IgorG for your support,
I have run 2 command lines:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --remove --name=atmail
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --install --name=atmail

Then, I test again, the error_log of Atmail displays this message:
[Mon Apr 29 11:53:05 2013] [error] [client 222.252.102.69] File does not exist: /var/www/atmail/javascript/fckeditor/editor/javascript, referer: http://webmail.removed/javascript/f...ml?InstanceName=ComposeMsgText&Toolbar=Atmail

How I can do?

You can try to remove atmail packages with OS package manager and the install Atmail back with Plesk autoinstaller.
