Problem with button to include an image

I want to include an image on the page, but when I click on the Insert button, I get this message:

Internal SiteBuilder Error : syntax error

Any help ?

Which version of Sitebuilder do you have? 4.2.3? Could you provide here screen shot with error message?
Also, try to check it on any different site (not the one you tested), most probably this is site related issue.
