• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with setting up new IP

FrankHe

New Pleskian
Hi!

I have migrated to new server and now I need to change the main IP for it, as it is not longer active.

All resellers and users are ready built and running and I have assigned actual IPs to all of them with "Re-reading" the IPs and assigning them.

I am not able to delete the IP, which is not longer active, because of "IP address cannot be removed because it is used by DNS zone of one or more domains."

How can I change this IP to the actual IP secure?

Hope to get an answer, many thanks!

Thanks. I tried this already. The problem is that the IP addresses are assigned to the users - please see attached screenshot and error message under it for more information.
