Problems after abonnements expired

After a few abonnements expired we have some serious issues with some of our domains. The email passwords were reseted and the password forms for the emails accounts are missing in the control panels. Next to that all subdomains of the relevant accounts are missing and have not been restored after the abos have been extended. does anybody have the same issues?
