Problems after recent upgrade

Jayson

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I recently upgraded to a newer platform running Centos5 (was FC2). Currently, the sitebuilder administration 4.0 page allows me to view Preferences, Plesk Resellers and Domain tabs however clicking on any other tabs Desktop, Users, Sites, etc. just brings up a Sitebuilder 4.0 login page. Under the Plesk Resellers tab I have 16 domains listed which only has one enabled. If I try to enable another domain the system errors out with "Cannot create a user account. You have reached the limit on the number of user accounts." I have 100 site license and am not close to that limit, at least not before I migrated.

Is there a way to tell if it's a license problem? I contacted SWsoft however they tell me I didn't purchase support for sitebuilder so it's not their problem. I do however, purchase email support for Plesk at 299.00 per year, but that does not help me out here.

Thank you for any assistance,

The problem was my sitebuilder key, which was 3.x, I was given a new key that fixed me up. However, now that things are working I tried to create a site to test. After I created the site, chose the template and colour scheme, I click next and the system generates the following.

Internal SiteBuilder error.
File: /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/autoload.php; Line: 16
Message: Cannot load class Modules_Guestbook from Modules/Guestbook.php; Code: 0

I did not choose to use a guest book, so I'm at a loss as to why this error gets generated.

Thank you for any help,
