Problems logging into panel

I am running Fedora Core 7 and with Plesk 8.3. However, when I point to my server ip followed by :8443. All I get is nothing is configured, no such address.

How can i get Plesk setup so I can start using it? i also tried port 443, but I just get a blank page.

Hello,

Plesk Control panel can be opened by following link:
https://server_IP_address:8443

Also, please, make sure that port 8443 is not filtered on the server. You can check in
this way:
# telnet localhost 8443

If everything is OK with firewall rules, this connection should be established.
