Problems with installer

Hello, i just cant install sitebuilder, then installing i get error saying that there is a problem with this windows installer package.
Im using iis windows 2003 small business server and demo version of parallels plesk site builder 4.5 for windows.
Here are sum screen shots of my configuration.

hello there. You might have to update your MS Installer. The link can be found below.

You'll have to select your OS platform.

If this doesn't help let me know and I'll take a deeper look.
