• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problems with uploading images

Hello,

Lately some of our customers have problems uploading images to their Image Gallery and assigning images to a Category. The error message was the following:
"Cannot execute a request to the site. The request post is empty. Please contact the server administrator."

We checked the Site Builder logs, but there appears only the same message.

Any clue what is going on and how to resolve the situation?

Best regards,

V. M.

It is hard to say anything exactly in this case as there is no additional information in logs section. Did you try to check Sitebuilder apache error logs directly on the server? Probably you can find some helpful information there. Please check it up. If there is nothing I can suggest you to contact with Parallels support team for clarification by submitting online form here: http://www.parallels.com/en/support/sitebuilder/

Fotolia has worked hard to make the website accessible for every browser and operation system. However, it is possible that there might be a problem with certain systems and errors may occur. We suggest updating your browser and OS or trying another application to solve the problem.

Here is the log from the Apache. This is the only thing the Sitebuilder writes after we try to upload an image to one of our customers site.

We tried to use Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer to check if there is a browser issue, but every time the image upload fails.
Hope this helps.

Best regards,
