A new version of phpMyAdmin has been released and I've created an updated PSA-phpMyAdmin distribution.

And yet another release - as the phpMyAdmin Team just released a patch level release to the version they released the day before yesterday.

This fix handles some problems with the mysqli command generator but no security fixes.
