Publishing gets FTP error

Hello,
I also asked this on the Panel forum, but like to drop the matter here as well.
I try to publish a site (my first) to a server running plesk 9.2.2.
I get an error telling me that I need to turn of save_mode.
I tried editing the php.ini to no releave.
I hope someone has a solution for this problem

PHP safe_mode option can be disabled in hosting settings for the domain through Parallels Plesk Panel CP.
Please check it up.
