qmail issue - TLS_connect_failed;_connected_to_59.154.140.x

Hi All,

I've googled everywhere but can't find a fix for this mail error that some customers get when trying to email anyone at [email protected].

I've checked another similar thread but it's a different error message to what I'm getting.

We are currently running Plesk 8.3 on Ubuntu 7.10

Any ideas?
