Qmail - mail being lost

Hi,

For some reason, qmail isnt wokring properly...

I can send mail to the server, qmail gets the email, I see entries in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog and in /var/spool/qscan/qmail-queue.log but they never go into the queue and never arrive in any of the mailboxes.

How do I fix this? What can I look for?

We've been in the same dilemma since updating to plesk 8.1.

I think also permissions played a part in it also.
