• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Quota exceeding warning / qmail

Hello-
I have a brand new Plesk 8.0 server. All shiny and new and it seems great.

It is being used for mail only. I migrated 8 domains to it 2 days ago. All users set to 50000 kilobytes of mailbox space.

This morning, a user got the automated "Quota exceeding warning" email from this new server (not the old one) saying she exceeded her limit and any new mail would bounce.

She had about 23MB in mail attachments come through (don't ask me why they use email for that) which is a lot at once, but nowhere near the quota limit

Anyone else seen this or having problems with disk space calculations?

Exceeds mail quota

I am facing the same problem. My client has 80MB mail quota and he can't receive a 3MB attachment email. Please help. Thank you.
