Read psa dump on a windows machine

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to read a psa dump on a windows machine. (Winxp)

I have a dump and need some data from it. I just want to read te dump and upload it again with ftp.

No utility to parse backup dumps exists, as I know. The dump format is the plain multipart MIME message, so you might obtain any utility which parses such a format and extract the info.
