Reinstall only phpMyAdmin

I'm stupid... I tried to upgrade phpMyAdmin to 3.0.1.1 and now I haven't phpmyadmin on my server.

Is there any way to reinstall only the phpmyadmin?

psa v8.6.0_build86080910.19 os_CentOS 5
Linux 2.6.24.5-grsec-xxxx-grs-ipv4-32

Did you work out how to upgrade to the latest phpMyAdmin without breaking it??? Any help much appreciated.
