Issue Remove index.php from nextcloud url

I installed the nextcloud under plesk according to this guide (Nextcloud 18 unter Plesk installieren - Foxly IT - Blog). it runs fine so far. now I'm just trying to get the index.php from the urls. I tried this guide (https://howtodotech.de/nextcloud-index-php-in-2-stufen-aus-url-entfernen/) but it didn't find the config.php file in the first step. So I added it to the file using the normal plesk file manager. in step 2 he does not find the necessary commands

Can you please tell me why you didn't want just to install the NextCloud official extension and instead decided to use some third-party instruction?

I installed the core via the plugin, but I had to make the changes specified there to fix the warnings in the settings.

@IgorG it's nice, that you encourage usage of this extension. But it could be better.
First, as Endermelon said, there are many security & setup warnings (in the administration settings view), that I would expect to be corrected automatically while setting up through the extension.
Second, the extension gives not so many advantages compared to e.g. the great Wordpress extension. Like move to subdomain or rename installation, set up the admin, update to to the really newest version, ...
