Removing Sitebuilder links on left side nav

I've just uninstalled Sitebuilder but it's left links on the left site of Plesk. This was after following the Sitebuilder uninstall instructions.
Does anyone know how to remove the Sitebuilder links on the left side of Plesk 9.0?
I'm running on Debian 4.
