The hoster never gave me the access data for this area.

How do I get this data?

Can I also run the repair kit via ssh?

Not sure what you mean by access data for what area, you talking about for SSH? Should be the same username and password you use for logging into the panel if you're not using a VPS or something.

If the psa database is missing, you might be able to restore it from a daily dump:
