Replace Plesk buttons with our own functions

Hello,

My company uses Plesk for managing hosting, and we also have out own antispam solution we sell to our hosting clients. While I am aware of being able to use Custom Buttons to add functionality to Plesk, I was wondering if it is possible to have these buttons appear in sections other than the Custom Button section on the client's interface. For example I would like to disable the default Plesk Mail Accounts button and replace it with one that points to our own mail account interface. Is this possible, or are we restricted to disabling the Plesk Mail section with an interface template and using Custom Buttons?

Thanks,

Owen

It is impossible because it is require code modification.

Igor - that has to be one of the most unacceptable Customer Service replies I've ever heard.

If a developer gave you that reply to pass on - sack him (or her) - why are action hooks and filters not implemented module by module to allow exactly what the OP has requested?

Good Grief - talk about a "not gonna" response? That would be enough for me to never use your products if I was not already using them.

I need the same, is to use my custom external mail platform. No answer yet?

There are event handlers that you can setup as the admin to call scripts - however you can not change the default behavior of the buttons in Plesk as the code is encoded, so you do not have access to the source - thus you cant make modifications to the code.
