• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Input Report BUG Plesk Login Change IP CHANGING not working. - all versions

New Pleskian
I want to report a Plesk bug! For example, if you use a cell phone network or a distribution router where the IP is constantly changing back and forth, it is not possible to log into the Plesk Console at all. Plesk kicks you out. I noticed this problem while on vacation in Mexico. Now on the Philippine islands exactly the same. Cannot login to Plesk. Since here the networks constantly change the IP address between 2 or 3 IPs. After logging in, you will be logged out a few clicks later at the latest.

However, these mobile phone networks are configured in this way. Since practically everything also runs PHPmyAdmin via the login interface, working abroad with Plesk is not even possible.

Have you tried enabling the "Allow IP address changes during a single session" option so (active) sessions can be carried over to another IP address? You can find the settings on Tools & Settings > Session Idle Time.
