Mickael Salfati, please send me in PM login credentials to your server and developers will check this issue on your server directly, if it is possible?

Guys, issue related to statistics with something like
MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2228type' in 'field list'
has been mentioned in this thread. Could you please someone fill report with known template in separate thread? I will forward it to developers.

I can't post a ticket about this, because I had this error one time only.
Perhaps it's only the first time that we run the patch gave in this thread ;)

I would love to say that MU5 fixed my statistics issue, but it appears as though I'm still having an issue (albeit slightly different that prior to MU5):

[root@web01 sbin]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all

WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : sh: /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl: No such file or directory
sh: /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl: No such file or directory
... ( a number of these ) ...
sh: /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl: No such file or directory
error: error accessing /usr/share/tomcat6/logs: No such file or directory
error: tomcat:2 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat6/logs/*.log

Any ideas?

CPU AuthenticAMD, Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2344 HE
Version Parallels Plesk Panel v10.4.4_build1013111102.18 os_CentOS 5
OS Linux 2.6.18-164.10.1.el5
System Uptime: 392 day(s) 13:15

All stats have not been updated since upgrade to 10.4.4 (1 week past).

Applied patch - replaced statistics_collector file.
Checked crons to see that they still exist. Daily stats clean in 5 hours so will check then to see if this has worked.
Some have mentioned to restart the server. Is that necessary after applying the patch? Reboot is risky when this version has so many issues.

So far, have fixed login issue where upgrade denied my ip.
Have hopefully fixed the stats issue with the file swap.
Now have to find what the issue is with backup tasks.

Regards to my previous post I resolved it by symlinking the missing file:

ln - /usr/share/awstats/tools/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl

Now stats appear to be generated correctly.

Replacing statistics_collector file didn't work.
Do I also need to restart the server?
Do I need to do something with MU5, whatever that is? (worked it out).

edit: MU5 installed and site still live :)
Will see if stats update from cron tomorrow.

After 10 Minutes : --calculate-all

MySQL query failed: Unknown column '2228type' in 'field list'

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<DOMAIN.TLD>

WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : error: error accessing /usr/share/tomcat5.5/logs: No such file or directory
error: tomcat:2 glob failed for /usr/share/tomcat5.5/logs/*.log

Plesk 10.4.4 on Debian 5 x64

I did not get the 2228type-error, but also for me the script exited with that tomcat-error.
I solved this by simply adding the desired (empty) dirs to the system.

I have no tomcat installed.

(Plesk 10.4.4 MU#5 on CentOS 5)

This works for me, too. ( mkdir /usr/share/tomcat5.5 and mkdir /usr/share/tomcat5.5/logs )
The 2228type-error is removed by microupdate #5

But the "cron" doesn´t work. ( without reboot after MU #5 install )
I reboot now one of my servers and look tomorrow...

PLESK 10.4.4 #5 on debian 5 ( lenny ) x64 and x32 ( more servers )

Hello !

Without an extra cron job, the automatic-statistics doesn't work... ( after machine reboot )
Debian Lenny 10.4.4 MU5

Is to remain in such a way or when is this error "repaired" ?

Hello !

If i start :
./etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily
manually, the statistic-update works fine !??? ( with MU5 )
