Issue resellers websites application pool limits

We offer shared hosting and resellers seem to be able to set their application pool limits to a higher amount than what we set as default in plesk.

Some have it on unlimited.

How do we set it so that reseller cannot for example increase or set application pool private memory to more than 300MB per dedicated application pool?
