• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Reselling licenses

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I just wonder what is the difference between official and resellers license.
Does Plesk provide support same support? For example, if you buy a license via Azure.
Thanks.

Hi!
Nop, with my experience, please buy license only at Plesk, because you can't take support from plesk with licensed bought at resellers...

When try add a ticket with license bought via resselrs, plesk say:

It was identified that your Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers. In this case you need to ask for support from your license provider first. Plesk Partners (Resellers) are fully trained by Plesk and deliver best-in-the-industry support for Plesk products running on their infrastructure.

Alternatively you can use our free support resources such as Knowledgebase, Documentation, Forum and @PleskHelp twitter or purchase monthly support subscription for your license key at our Plesk Online Store

BUT when i ask to support from reseller say, please add ticket to support at plesk .... mmmmmmmmmm
