As I look at the log you produced, the error is much to do with plesk invalidating the backup / dump file. As you can see with the error " invalid size of dump, cannot be converted to numeric"

Otherwise, we are much limited with troubleshooting info relating to plesk restore/dumps, thus you might have to create a ticket on the Parallels support system and depending on the type of license you have, it could be FREE to contact support.
