  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Restoring Backup File

JoeBrick

New Pleskian
Hello,

I recently reprovisioned my server and prior to that I created a backup file in Plesk. I am now trying to upload the backup file and I keep getting this error:

Unable to upload 'backup_info_1308010806.xml.tgz' to server repository: The backup you are trying to import does not match the user type 'domain'

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

What is version of your Plesk? AFAIR this issue (#124182) should be fixed in upcoming MU#10 for Plesk 11.5.30

I believe I am running the most recent verison:

OS CentOS 6.4 (Final)
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #55, last updated at Aug 1, 2013 08:39 AM

I have an ecommerce site that I run on the server and really need to get it back up ASAP.

Any guidance on how to get the back up loaded would be awesome!

Thanks in advance.

Why you can't upgrade to latest Plesk 11.5.30 version?
