I have this problem and I don't no how to fix it, please help!

'C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\timemng.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
at Unable to execute event(runtask::start line 210)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe
