Scheduled Backup Settings is not working plesk 11.0.9

Regular Pleskian
I have upgraded two server with plesk 11.0.9. In Backup Manager, Scheduled Backup Settings for server repository is not working (plesk 11.0.9.)

First Server CentOS 5.8

Second Server CentOS 6.3

Two server Scheduled backup setting is not working, the server hosted in different hosting provider. Plesk support team should fix the bug
