Secondary Nameserver

We are running the webserver at a tiscali hosting center.
There we run the primary nameserver.

At another hostingcenter we run the secondary nameserver, due to the
regulations of DENIC. (two different server with a IP from a different
number space)

So, now our question.

Is it possible to transfer the zones information from the primary nameserver
to the secondary nameserver ?
If yes, simply how ?

There you'll find a tool "automatic secondary DNS", maybe a good solution for you ?

I'm also looking for a secondary nameserver on a different IP range, maybe ???
