Issue Send mail not working

Hi,

Recently we installed plesk panel in a windows server 2012 under google cloud.
we are facing issues on sending mails.
incoming mails working properly.
when I try to send a mail, its not showing any errors, also its not delivered to receiver.

let me know how we solve this issue
