Sending Mail in Plesk under windows server 2012

ismail9200

New Pleskian
Hello everyone,

My problem is: I host a web site under Plesk which is under windows server 2012 in OVH .After I wanted to create a @ email, everything goes well. except when I want to open that mail with the navigator, nothing is displayed. When I tested with email script, I get ::

Warning: mail () [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 503 This mail server requires authentication When Attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contacting your administrator to verify que la domain or address is defined for this server.

This error I could hide it by adding 127.0.0.1 in the relay (SMTP properties in the MAILENABLEMAIL in the server) without solves the problem that is sending email.

Thank you to all those who will contribute to help me.

You can disable the authentication in mail enable properties. For that go to mail enable administrator >> localhost >> connectors >> smtp >> properties. And in outgoing tab you will get option for server requires authentication you can change it. Restart service and try again.
