Server dies on 14th of each month

Hi,

Does anyone know why my server dies on the 14th of each month. The logs show nothing untoward I just end up being locked out and need to get my provider to reboot. I am suspecting maybe logrotation or some cron job may be overloading the server but can't seem to find the culprit.

9.5.6, CentOS, core 2 quad, 4 Gig Ram.

Any suggestions?
