Issue Server Down and website stop every day

my websites are down every day. hosted in plesk. my ram is 981MB and swap is 0 .
Daily ram usage is increased after the site is down. what should be done for this problem. ??.

Like attached file, in repair kit click the free up memory. site is working. ??/
