Question Server restored but I have a newer mailnames folder

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk 18.0.65

I restored my Plesk into a new server using an old backup dated on 4 november but I still have access to the old server with the mailnames intact which means I have mails up to 1st december.
If I copy the mailnames folder will it override those mails and keep working as expected? Or it will be duplicated because the backup change some kind of ids? And I had a little server working for the 5 days the server was out of service to give the clients a fresh mail, copy the folder will work or the best way is to download with thunderbird/outlook and setup the new one to upload those mails again.

I think in this case, it is best to use the Plesk Migrator.
