Site Builder 4.5 Upgrade Trial fail.

It seems you have those 500 designs ready for 4.5, instead of the previous technical issue.

We tried to re-run the upgrade from Site Builder 4.0 to 4.5 in trial server, but we encounter the following -

Please help.
 
Try to completely remove distribution SiteBuilder/SiteBuilder_4.5.0/ directory and run autoinstaller one more time. Let me know about the results.
