Question Sitejet plesk extension language translation

WiseWill

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.68 Update #1
I created a site in Sitejet then I added 2 languages. I read that the pages translate into those languages with AI. I have under preferences Use AI to automatically translate page content when new languages are added checked. I have everything exactly the same as the main language and nothing translated or even looks like it attempted to translate. I also have Language Copy Mode set to copy all pages. Is this feature actually not available on Plesk?

I am trying to add spanish and french with a site in english. Is this possible with sitejet or is it all manually do everything. From what I read AI should have kicked in and done something. AI never kicked in and did anything.

Hello, @WiseWill . As far as I am aware, the feature in question only creates a copy of the pages for the target translation language and you still need to go through every page elements that you would like to be translated:

Please be aware that the "translate" feature for a page/subpage just technically makes the page available for the other language. The content has to be translated manually or with our new AI feature, of course.

You might get a more comprehensive answer on this particular question on Sitejet's forum.
