Sites not responding intermittently

We have a Windows Server with Plesk 8.2 with 16 domains hosted on it. The two domains we've added most recently intermittently do not respond to HTTP requests. We have not been able to determine what is causing this or where to look to troubleshoot it. When these 2 domains do not respond, all the other domains are working fine. Anyone have any ideas?

try reconfiguring these domains according to the Plesk database:
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
