Spam tag in mail, how to disable this?

Hi,

I do not have a spamassasin licence but in my mails which I receive on spam mails the spam tag ****SPAM**** is added.

When I try to disable this then I cannot access the spam settings, the button does not work and displayed that I have no license.

I do have smartermail and in smartermail is also a spam filter.

The strange thing is that the bayasian filtering is also not working of smartermail (no idea of this is related).

Now I get 2 tags in spam mails, 1 of smartermail and 1 of spamassasin.

How can i disable spamassasin?
(in the services list spamassasin is not listed, also not in the plesk monitor tool)

Who can help or advise?

I cannot find anything on that website how to disable the ***spam*** tags.
I believe you are just advertising products....
