SSI support (Component was not installed)

    We have plesk 8.2 installed on the server and also SSI is installed and enabled in IIS but Plesk shows me SSI support (Component was not installed) error.

    Please can anyone help me ASAP.

    First uninstall the SSI from windows components and then reinstall it > reboot

    Plesk > Server > Components > Refresh > It should work now
