• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Start page unusable due to unwanted survey by Parallels

MicB

New Pleskian
Now the "Start" page is grayed out due to an unwanted survey by Parallels Corp. At the top of the "Start" frame there is a question to participate on a survey, below there are three buttons - but you are not able to click them (maybe you would be able to close the dialog with one of them) since the WHOLE FRAME is grayed out and DISABLED. Below that the "Start" page begins, also disabled and grayed out. (see attached screen shot)

Could you please change the code to reenable the "Start" page or at least the area of the screen where the survey buttons are displayed?

Please also build in a possibility to disable these unwanted and annoying nag screens at all.

Thank you.

You have branding theme parallels_plesk_panel_10.4_red_theme. It is not forward compatible. You should install parallels_plesk_panel_11.0_red_theme from here and clear your browser cache (Shift+F5).

15 years later, this just happened to me. After logging in, an unskipable survey popup that you can't close, when you hover the close button the mouse pointer turns into the forbidden icon and you can't do it. Even if you reload the page, the popup appears every time.

This is so nice when you log into your (monthly-payed) server control panel to try to review and fix some urgent matter with a service failing, such a good user experience.
